I’m a Computer Science student at the University of Guelph with a clear goal: become a Security Engineer who builds systems that are secure by default.
I learn fastest by shipping, from freelance client work to backend, infrastructure, and security projects where I can test ideas in real environments.
Right now I am focused on observability, threat detection, and secure cloud fundamentals while working toward AWS Cloud Practitioner.
I am currently seeking security-focused internships and co-op opportunities where I can contribute to real-world security engineering work.
What I'm building
Threat Detection Pipeline
Python, PostgreSQL, Prometheus, Grafana · Feb 2026 – Present. Real-time log ingestion and anomaly detection with alerts, plus dashboards for system health and attack patterns.
Multithreaded HTTP Server
C, Sockets, Pthreads · Jan 2026. Concurrent HTTP/1.1 server with a thread pool; validated with Valgrind and stress tests under parallel load.
SSH Honeypot & Threat Analytics
AWS, Docker, ELK, Python, Terraform · Dec 2025 – Jan 2026. Cloud honeypot capturing real attack traffic; 5,000+ events analyzed with least-privilege IAM and secure provisioning.
